This is not a private tour. Shared flights require a minimum of 2-4 passengers to operate (depending on aircraft availability) and may be cancelled if minimum is not met. More than 3 passengers are not guaranteed to fly together.

Subject to favorable weather conditions and helicopter maintenance; if canceled due to these reasons, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

Children 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.

Children under 2 years old fly at no cost if they can safely fit on parent's lap.

Routes are subject to change based on weather, air traffic control and temporary flight restrictions.

Please note: the 30-minute tour does not reach the Lower Manhattan/Statue of Liberty area. If you choose the 45-minute extended tour, you will see the above sights and continue to Lower Manhattan to visit the Freedom Tower, Battery Park and Ellis Island. You will even get a chance to wave to Lady Liberty before circling back to Westchester.
